Solution :
When two lines are cut by the third point, such that the sum of interior angle is less than \(\displaystyle {{180}^{\circ }}\) on one side then first two lines intersect on the same side.

Solution :
yes, Euclid's fifth postulate imply the existence of parallel lines.
It means these line never meet on left side nor meet or right side.
∴ The lines are the parallel.
